A Lasting Vision: Progress on the Lodge Building Improvements

The Lodge building improvement project continues into the new year of 2026 without pause, reflecting our ongoing commitment to preserving and enhancing the beauty of our Lodge. All materials needed to complete the East wall have now arrived, and the contractors have already begun work installing the columns and the stone pattern. This phase of construction is expected to take approximately two weeks and, by the time you read this, should be fully completed.

Once finished, we will share photographs showcasing the completed East in all its glory. While this milestone represents a significant achievement, the overall vision for the East will not be fully realized until the arrival of the remaining furnishings. As previously shared, the Lodge has acquired beautifully carved wooden chairs for the Worshipful Master and the Wardens. Matching, smaller chairs have been ordered for the remaining officer stations, ensuring a cohesive and dignified appearance throughout the East.

In time, the podium in the East is also slated for replacement, which will further enhance the harmony of the space. Together, these elements - crafted in a timeless style featuring traditional carved wood details and symbolic figures - will transform the East into a setting worthy of admiration. This thoughtful investment in quality and tradition will provide a lasting legacy, offering generations of Masons a Lodge room that reflects both our heritage and our pride in the Craft.
